I'm thinking of heading out to Walled Lake after work today. Anyone else interested? There are a couple of holes South of the Mexican restaurant along the 'landing strip' as well as a straight heading East-West from midway along the landing strip. 2 holes in ice about 20' in diameter. One next to the landing strip and another just south of the center of the lake.

Ice is still thick though and there were 4 wheelers & snowmobiles driving over it on Saturday.

Allen and I ended up at Stoney Creek...sweet powder and some nice winds; a little gusty at times, but very nice!

Does anybody know if the ice on Walled Lake is thick enough?
I went there on Monday and there were many holes.

I haven't been out there this week. Maybe Friday...
