2009 Best Nemesis 10M

Selling a 2009 Best Nemesis 10 Meter kite. Kite is used but in great condition, only a minor dacron patch covering 2 small pin-h0les on the leading edge of the canopy and some fading of a couple of the BEST logos on the wingtips. Other than that the kite is solid. It is the kite and bag only (zipper is broke on top pocket of bag). Asking $525.00 Oh ya...color is the black and white version.

Tawas may not be what it used to be...

All,

After speaking with many other kiters and the folks at the park office in Tawas, it seems that there has been quite the epidemic with gear being stolen from the beach, especially after the busy weekend we just had up there. My advice (and theirs) is to NOT leave any sandals in the normal sand trail leading to the beach...numerous pairs have been stolen, and to also not leave gear near where the civilians (aka hillbilly-townie-weekend warriors) hang out and think a bar and lines or impact vest may be something they can use at their local Nascar rally or give to their morbidly obese baby-mama as an anniversary gift. So ya...keep an eye on the gear in Tawas...

Who wants to go to Brazil???

All,

Lookin to see if anyone would like to head to Brazil with me on Sept. 2 and stayin for like 2-3 weeks. Plane tix are about 775 round trip right now out of detroit and into fortaleza. Fortaleza is right by all the better kiting spots, such as Taiba, Ihla Do Guajiru, parracuru, etc. As of now its just me going and planning on traveling up the coast from Fortaleza all the way to Ihla Do Guajiru and then back again. Id like to go along with another person, or several others, hell I dont care...just someone to split a little bit of cost with and also someone else who speaks english and enjoys some sweet kiting.

Lemme know if youre interested, like I said, tix are pretty cheap and if you got the free time to kite Brazil, itd be pretty awesome.
