Headed to Montana for March. Taking some kites and looking to make up for some snow days missed here this rainy season. I think there are some lakes they ride there but I would reaaally love to sess some rolling terrain. If anything good happens I'll let you know.

Well, no kiting but many big pow days riding the mountain. I spoke with a kiter that lived about an hour away and got the lowdown on spots but with no car never got out. When I got out there it was spring conditions with 40 + degree bluebird days and lots of exposure - then winter came back and it snowed on and off for 9 days and then some. When the mountain filled in there was no need for wind, just gravity. What terrain! Something there for every ability level and beyond.

Back on the water soon...
