Grand Haven and Holland are down to about 10 - 20 feet of ice and snow. The water is so nice and warm in the spring I can barely wait to jump in.
Full rubber is required usually until May. Does Lake St Clair warm up any faster that that?

deepest spot in Lake St.Clair is 25ft.

Normally by mid april water is 50F

By Mid May we are in shorty on warm days

June-sep shortie on cool days and no suit on warm southerlies

All the ice has been gone on St.Clair since last weekend.

The next warm southerly day we will be on the water.
