Yeah, you could connect the rivers and make it to the Columbia, spend some time in the Gorge and then come up the coast to Juneau!
(minor restrictions apply)

ETA 2012 sounds accurate!

Shout out from the AK! Anybody want to actually come up here and kite let me know. The winters are great as well as the summers!
