Kite U.S. Forums _ Open Discussion _ Where is the dry lake bed?

I was driving South on 95 leaving Boulder City and seen what looks like a dry lake bed on the right. Is that the main spot to go landsailing?

I've never tried it and would like to use my kite with a mountain board. I've heard Kent from - http://www.awindofchange.com/ talk about kiting around in a complete circle on light wind day's.

Mike, that's Eldorado Dry Lake and it's usually chewed up by motorcycles and cars. Primm is much better but also 50 miles away.
