Kite U.S. Forums _ Detroit Kiteboarding _ Stay Warm in Cold Water

Posted by: KyleK Oct 26 2007, 12:45 PM

If you are planning on riding into the cold water season we've got some good stuff in stock to keep you warm:

Hot Socks: Polyoleflin socks offer the ultimate warmth for cold water riding. Wear underneath your round-toe boots for the greatest protection against the elements. Because your feet tend to get cold before the rest of your body, you will extend your session with a pair of poly socks.

Polyoleflin Hooded Rash Guard: Layer under your fullsuit and ou have an instant hooded wetsuit. The hood is constructed of 3mm waterproof chill breaker mesh skin neoprene, designed to protect your head from the dreaded ice cream headache. Plus the polyolefin will add an extra insulating layer to beef up your existing fullsuit.

Gloves: 3mm Hyperstretch neoprene, heat preserving titanium core, anatomical fit for less fatigue, aqua grip palm.

Boots: 3mm Round toe hyperstretch dual density micro-sole provides ultimate board sensitivity. 100% glued and blindstitched. Taped padded ankle strap for torsional stability. Will provide crucial warmth in brutal conditions.

We also have wetsuits in stock.

Get hot and ride through our windiest season!
